Package Securely
Place your monitors and all original accessories in the protective carrying case, ensuring they are packed safely in their original retail packaging.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our Irvine, California service center.
Processing and Fit Adjustment
